Gantheaume Point

Gantheaume Point Rd, Broome WA 6725, Australia

Introduction of Gantheaume Point

Gantheaume Point's tourist coastal city of Bloom (Broome), located in (Kimberley Region), northern Western Australia, is about 6 km from Broome.

Gantheaume Point itself is a beautiful Cape, with a small lighthouse, red cliffs on the beach and blue waters in sharp contrast to each other, and the rocks vary in steep shapes. And what makes Gantheaume Point even more famous is the complete retention of 130 million-year-old dinosaur footprints on the rocks, and after the ebb tide, these historical marks can be clearly seen on coral reefs, and when viewed, Care must be taken to protect these historic sites, which are so fragile that they can be inadvertently destroyed by human beings.

Gantheaume Point is also a great place to fish and watch dolphins and migratory whales, with the red sandstone on the edge of the green Indian Ocean and the sharp contrast between the surrounding white sand beaches and the wonders of nature everywhere.
