Introduction of Moreton Island

Moreton Island is located off the southeast coast of Queensland, across Morton Bay (Moreton Bay) and Queensland capital Brisbane, covering an area of about 171km2, is the third largest sand island in the world.

The sand dunes on Moreton Island are fixed by vegetation, with Queensland's first lighthouse (1857) and ferry Brisbane, sailing for about 70 minutes. Because there are a group of wild dolphins waiting for tourists to arrive on the island every evening, the island is shaped like a wide-kissed dolphin, so it is affectionately called Dolphin Island.

Moreton Island, the silver sand pavement, brown shadow, won the honor of``Australia’s most pure beach'' in 2006. Intelligent dolphins, giant whales and many other marine life, are happy to live in this beautiful extra-world. The Temple mountain on the island is 278 meters, the world's highest sand dune.

Moreton Island is best known for the wild dolphins who have been eating and drinking every day for decades. Every evening, the guys would swim to the shore of wharf, waiting for visitors to feed, 365 days of unhindered, sometimes early feeding has not yet begun, they will be quietly on the side or play or quietly wait patiently. When it comes to feeding time, managers will ask tourists to queue up and go into the water in turn. Obviously, many people are so excited that they are so close to dolphins for the first time, but in order to protect dolphins, please do not touch them with your hands. A dolphin is a very clever and kind animal. When you walk into it, it begins to communicate with you with its eyes, sometimes rub its mouth against your feet to show friendship, and occasionally it even raises its head out of the water and smiles at you. At that moment, your heart immediately changes.
