York Town Hall

81 Avon Terrace, York WA 6302, Australia

Introduction of York Town Hall

York Town Hall is located in York, a small inland town in southeastern Western Australia, one of the landmark buildings in York, an ancient town that has been listed as an Australian historical heritage.

Built in 1911, the City Hall is one of the most extensive buildings of its kind in Western Australia, and it is an excellent testament to the affluence of the Edward-era (Edwardian). Exquisite corner doors, unique watches and clocks, versatile columns, gorgeous appearance and huge fan-shaped windows at the main entrance highlight this. The full restoration of the city hall brought back the splendor of the past.

The York tourist Center (York Visitor Centre) is located on the ground floor of the City Hall.
