Peterborough

Introduction of Peterborough

Peterborough is a small coastal town on the southern coast of Victoria, located at the end of the famous (Great Ocean Road) Ocean Road, about 26 km from the iconic (Tweleve Apostles) of Ocean Road and about 50 km from (Warrnambool), Vanampur. In the narrow sense, Ocean Road ends at Peterborough, where Ocean Road (Route B100) is incorporated into main Road A1 and no longer follows the coast, but the scenery is not over.

Peterborough is a small town with a permanent population of just a few hundred people. Peterborough is located at the entrance to the archipelago Bay Marine Park (Bay of Islands Costal Park) and, like other small towns on Oceania Road, is known as a fishing resort in addition to having the same beautiful beach.
