Berri

Introduction of Berri

Berri is a small town in (Riverland Region), north-eastern South Australia, about 240km by car from Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, and about 20km from (Renmark), the largest town in the valley area, close to South Australia. Victoria and New South Wales borders the three states.

Like other towns in the valley area, Berri is also located on the banks of (Murray River), Australia's longest river, and "Berri" means "Berri" in the native language, where the Murray River forms a 180-degree arc. And the town is in it.

Berri, which has been settled since 1901, now has a Berri economy dominated by agriculture and wine, and has given the town a variety of water sports on the banks of the Murray River, making it a popular tourist holiday destination.
