According to the newly announced visa requirements, guarantee`s new parents, adoptive parents and stepparents are all eligible to apply for 870 categories of visas, but guarantee are required to be citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a qualified New Zealand citizen.
The Ministry of Home Affairs did not provide a specific time frame for visa approval, but said a number of factors could affect the hearing, including the number of applications submitted and whether the applicant provided all the required information at the time of the application.

Guarantee minimum income requirement
