Part I: self-assessment scoring

Currently through a score of 60, the scale applies to skilled immigrants from Australia, the 189,190,489 visa category, which was implemented on July 01, 2012;

Australia's two-year study bonus

  • Australian skilled immigrants who have studied in Australia for two years or more and have received a degree can add 5 points to their application.
  • Australia's 2-year study is defined as 92 weeks of study, generally not less than 16 months, not required to be full-time, but must be taught in English, language courses are not counted. Australia's two-year study looks at the academic system (credits, hours), not the time of study (not through repetition, which does not count in this way);
  • Only a degree with a corresponding certificate counts. In the case of co-operation, two years of teaching in Australia are required to qualify for Australia's 2-year study bonus. For the transfer of credits, either the original study is also in line with Australian learning requirements (CRICOS registered), if not requires courses in addition to the transfer credits to meet for two academic years, and if not, they will need to be re-enrolled. Or take a peer or advanced course to make up for it;
  • Australia's two-year study can be either a separate 2-year course or an accumulation of two related majors, both of which do not require continuity (allowed intervals between the two degrees), but both require professional relevance in basic terms. The 2-year Australian study requirements are mainly aimed at recent graduates in Australia, and applicants who have already worked want to receive these five plus points at a relatively high cost, and the most important thing to pay attention to is to have a high level of correlation with the occupation they assess. It is not easy to take a course to add points;

If you want to get a master's degree, you must have an undergraduate degree, or your master's degree is evaluated as at least equivalent to an Australian undergraduate degree (career assessment agencies may advise). Official text: To receive points for a Masters degree, you must also have a Bachelor degree, or the Masters degree must be considered as at least comparable to Bachelor level at Australian standards. The authority that conducts your skills assessment will determine whether any qualifications earned outside Australia are of a standard that is comparable to the relevant Australian qualification.

Police stations can issue a certificate on the same day, notarization translation in different places, the time varies from 1 to 2 weeks;

  • Upload receipt can;
  • The period of validity of the medical examination is 1 year. After the medical examination is completed, it will be transmitted directly to the Migration Board by the hospital on the Internet.
  • It is suggested that students applying for TR can do a PR check-up directly, just a few dozen Australian dollars more than the HIV blood test. It can be used to apply for PR within the validity period.
