There was a mistake! Ministry of the Interior corrects February visa hearing time, student sign and 457 slow again, 189 / 190 slightly speeded up

Skilled immigration visa processing speed has been lost, but compared with last year, or tortoise speed. In the face of tight quotas, everyone is expected to wait slowly.

Last month, the Home Office announced that the February visa hearing was exactly the same as in January, with only naturalization being updated. At that time Xiao Xin speculated that the staff only updated the title and forgot to update the content.

The Ministry of the Interior has just updated the visa review, the title of which was in February, but the content is different from the previous one. And naturalization hearing time still maintains March 20 update content.

It looks like the last time the interior department went out of bug, it only updated the visa section this time. Let's see how fast the visa process is.

Student visa

Overall, student visa processing slowed in February.

Seventy-five percent of college applications took 24 days to hear, a day faster than last month, but 90 percent took 58 days, 12 days behind.

90% of the TAFE class takes 76 days, six days faster than last month. Such courses have always been the focus of the GTE review, and it is strongly recommended not to try DIY, easily so as not to cause visa rejection to affect follow-up learning and immigration!

Primary and secondary visa rates have slowed, with 90% of applications taking four months to complete, compared with 77 days in January.

90 percent of applications for guardianship take four months, the same as last month, but 75 percent take 82 days, so the overall rate has slowed. This kind of visa application is the key point of tele-adjustment, and it is very easy to go wrong! Please pay attention to the applicant, it is best to seek the assistance of professional agents!

Graduate job signing

Graduate Work branch: consistent with last month, 90% of applications have to wait five months!

PSW branch: 75% of applications need to be processed 38 days, 90% need 59 days! It's a little faster than last month.

Applicants must check to see if they meet their 2-year study requirements before submitting them, especially in the Graduate Work branch!

189 the speed of trials accelerated slightly, but the overall rate was still slow. 75 percent needed eight months to wait, 14 months faster than in January, and 90 percent still needed 10 months, two months faster than in January.

190's progress is similar to 189, one month faster than last month.

489 state guarantees and kinship guarantees still do not process the data because there are too few applications submitted!

Given that the Home Office has confirmed that the quotas for this fiscal year will not be used up, in the last two months or so, 189 and 190 progress will probably not be too fast, so those who have submitted their visa applications will patiently wait for the quotas.

489 relatives have only five invitations per round in recent months, so the numbers are low.

Despite the recent fires, most of the state was handed in 190, while 489 was relatively small. If your conditions don't meet 190 requirements for the time being but can't wait, consider 489 states. The request for 489 trans-887 permanent residence can be seen here.

Employer guaranteed visa

457 is slow again! 75% of 457 applications in February take nine months to hear! Last month was five months, and 90% took 11 months.

It takes eight months and remains the same for 75% of 457 transmissions to 186, and 90% of 457 for 186 takes 11 months for 11 months, which slows down.

In both the DE and TRT branches, 70% of applications have been processed at the same speed in the last two months. But 90% of applications were slightly slower.

petition for naturalization

Naturalization takes the same time as it was announced on March 20. Under the Conferral branch, 75 percent of applications take 13 months and 90 percent take 15 months, the same as in January. The other two branches, with relatively few applications, were slightly speeded up.

epilogue

In general, factors affecting the length of hearings include, but are not limited to:

(B) whether the materials provided at the time of submission of the application are complete, that is, whether all the necessary materials have been submitted;

(B) whether the Migration Board can provide additional information accurately and in a timely manner when it requests additional information;

The amount of time it takes to do the tests required by the Immigration Service, such as physical examination, AFP, etc.

The time it takes to obtain the required information from external sources, such as health, character, national security and security;

The remaining number of visas;

Whether the application is in the peak, the application volume increases.

In short, these data published by the Immigration Board are just a reference, a little conservative as a whole. In fact, fully prepared applications for materials can still be signed within a short period of time. In addition, in each period, the speed of trial in each region is different, the requirements are also strict and broad.

But no matter where it is submitted, whatever visa it is, the material is authentic and complete, and it is always a magic weapon to get signed quickly.
