I believe everyone has heard that for the Australian guarantee policy, in addition to the "aloof" Western Australia government, the number of Victoria government.
Recently, government, Western Australia, finally recognized the state of the state's Qi ó ng (ru ng),) also joined the "robber" team.
But government, Victoria, doesn't seem to be moving. After all, Grand Victoria has one of the world's most livable cities, and Melbourne, Australia's second-largest city, has no shortage of talent or anything.
Yesterday, CEN's immigration team received an update: government, Victoria, is due to adjust its fast-track program for PhD graduates and visa holders from Sept. 10.
1. The cancellation of the 457 visa holder's pathway, is applicable to all occupations.
2. ICT-related majors, architectural and engineering, nursing-related applicants can only apply for "Invitation Only" channels.
3. State guarantee trial time will be standardized.
The move is bound to have a negative impact on the existing PhD, of Victoria, especially on the 457 visa holders who want to get PR through guarantee, Victoria.
After all, many ordinary Victorian graduates and workers have already been hit hard by the state government, and some have had to consider "going away."
The editor takes you through a brief review of the state guarantee policy in Victoria.
1. Satisfaction of application conditions for Immigration Service visa 190 / 489
2. Not more than 45 years of age
3. With the state guarantee score, the total EOI score is at least 65.
4. Consent to visa approval to settle and work in Victoria for at least two years (489 applicants must reside in remote areas of the state)
5. To meet the requirements for nominating occupations, the State of Victoria has two occupational lists:
- Visa Nomination Occupation List for Victoria, applicants on this list are required to meet professional experience and English requirements. Most occupations require 2 to 5 years of work experience. Except for technicians and a few occupations, IELTS is required to achieve 4 6 points, most of which reach IELTS 4 7 points or higher. Please refer to the list of occupations available on the state government website.
- For ordinary Victorian graduates (within two years of graduation), Visa Nomination Occupation List for Graduates, is chosen to have a w ú limit (w ú), with only Biotechnology and science and Health related to more than 20 occupations. The English requirement for most occupations is IELTS 4 and 7.
For Ph.D. Graduates in Victoria, the State government is divided into two categories:
- If a Ph.D. Graduated from a university in Victoria, you can apply for any major-related occupations in MLTSS and STSOL on the combined list of the Immigration Service;
- If you graduate from overseas or other states, you can only apply for Visa Nomination Occupation List for Graduates careers related to nominating majors.
Doctor's English requirement is IELTS four six points, please refer to the list of occupations available on the state government website.
Another change in the state's government has undoubtedly added to the hopeless state's guarantee policy. Perhaps, the move will be the last straw to crush the search for an guarantee applicant in the state of Victoria.
But don't be discouraged in Victoria, where you can consider other states with relatively loose policies, such as Tara.
