1. Victoria reopens the investment immigration application channel, application steps have changed at the beginning of the new year, the Australian immigration service has brought good news to everyone:

The specific categories of visas involved include:
- 188A Business Innovation Class
- 188B Business Investment Class
- 188C Major Investor Migration
- 188 E Entrepreneur Migration
- 132A and 132B Business Talent Immigration

When applying for visas, such as subcategories 188A (Business Innovation), 188B (Business Investment), 132A (Business Talent Migration), applicants are now required to submit letters of intent to the relevant visa subcategories to the SkillSelect of the Ministry of the Interior. That is, EOI, which also expressed its interest in immigration to Victoria, could not submit a state application until it received an invitation from the state government.

To put it simply, there is now one more step to submit the EOI. than it was to submit a state application directly before.
There is no clear indication as to how long it will take to get an invitation from the government after the submission of the EOI.
It is important to note, however, that applicants who receive an invitation from the state must submit the state application and provide all materials within 14 days, and cannot apply for an extension if they are overdue.
The opening time for submitting EOI is Feb. 18, and if submitted before opening, it is considered invalid and requires resubmission.
