Century Park (Centennial Park)

In Sydney's largest park, you can find a hidden place to lie in the shade, read or have lunch. The statues, ponds and plants in the park make the park beautiful all the year round. There is also an outdoor exercise station that allows people to ride bicycles, ride horses or take part in hiking.
Hyde Park (Hyde Park)
Best: take a nap at lunchtime
This park, which is located in the center of the city, is the oldest park in Australia. Take a leisurely stroll around the historic Archibald fountain and find some of the rare tranquillity of the city in a good book. Hyde Park is just a 4-minute walk from Town hall station and is the easiest place to escape reinforced concrete pressure!
Barangaroo Reserve
Best suited: watch sunset
Sydney's newest coastal park covers an area of 6 hectares and has a rich indigenous history. Named after the famous fisherman Barangaroo, the park is an ideal choice for you to enjoy the harbour view. There are lots of walking and bike lanes, even free wireless Internet connections.
(Royal Botanic Gardens) Royal Botanical Garden, Sydney
Best suited: plant flowers and opera house views
The botanical garden on the edge of the harbour has a variety of colorful flowerbeds, providing an excellent "model" for photographers at the beginning of the corner and a beautiful picnic spot for people. At the same time, some sports enthusiasts also like to practice yoga here. It's a great place to explore a variety of native plants, birds and Sydney's top attractions.
Two hundred years Memorial Park, (Bicentennial Park).
Best suited: home BBQ
Located in the Homebush Bay Wetland Park, the park has 40 hectares of land and activities. You can open a free electric oven, enjoy a casual lunch with friends or family, and rent a bike around the park. There is also a water recreation area and plenty of secluded areas surrounded by jungle and leather-belt trails for dogs, but pet friends should keep an eye on "dog-free" areas designed to protect local wildlife.
Dudley Page Reserve

This park is perfect for those who want to be surrounded by the magnificent scenery of the harbour! With outdoor fitness facilities in the park, you can take a big breath of Sydney's fresh air against the blue sky and white clouds and pull up or sit-ups, which is much more relaxing than in an indoor gym! Or you can just lay a picnic cloth on the lawn and watch the sunset quietly over the city. If you want to bring the kids here to play, it's also appropriate! There is a children's bike lane in this park!
Robertson Park
Best suited: overlooking harbou
Located in the heart of Watsons Bay, the Robertson Park hotel offers spacious green space with a view of the city. Enjoy a relaxing lunch break under pine trees or look for shade under many circular buildings around the park. If the weather gets hot, you can also walk to Camp Cove Beach
Paramount Park (Parramatta Park)
Best suited: visit to Historic Buildin
The park is rooted in history; you can explore the old Boer War Memorial, goverment building and cow hut to learn about the colonial impact on the area.
Many families come to the park on weekends to relax, but like most parks, it has plenty of room for anyone to find a private place to enjoy a quiet slow time.
Best: feed duck
Sydney Park's 40-hectare wetland and rolling hills are perfect for picnics! The park is famous for its historic sites, including old brick sites and brick kilns. You can go to the pond and feed the ducks on the viewing platform.
Ashfield Park (Ashfield Park)
Best suited: appreciate buildin
Ashfield Park is full of leafy Phoenix palm trees, suitable for resting under the shade of trees or walking along forest trails. The park is also rich in Victorian history and boasts famous buildings such as the Commonwealth Hall and the War Memorial. Look at the statue of Mary Poppins, Ashfield Park is one of the author PL Travers's favorite places to write about the character.
