Willandra National Park

Willandra National Park, Hillston NSW 2675, Australia

Introduction of Willandra National Park

The Willandra National Park is located in the interior of central New South Wales, about 750km from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, and covers an area of 193.86 square kilometers.

Willandra National Park is located in the remote inland, the scenery is vast grassland, relatively single, but with rich biological and immigrant culture as the characteristics, spring and autumn is a good time to visit, autumn climate is mild, spring is a great bird watching season. It is also a good time for mountain flowers to drive themselves, ride, and walk along scenic trails. With binoculars and long focal lenses, emu (EMU,-like, a large bird that can't fly, very precious), lead quails (like small quails), orangutans, lizards, and so on, can surprise you. Put up a tent at the campsite, and you can see beautiful stars at night. In addition to the rich natural scenery, there are also sites of European immigrants, the local government has specially rebuilt some of the buildings of those immigrants, can feel the colonial history of more than a hundred years ago.
