Introduction of Darwin Aviation Museum

Darwin Aviation Museum is located near (Darwin International Airport), the (Winnellie), Darwin International Airport in Winnelly, on the northeast outskirts of Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory, about 10 kilometers from the city of Darwin.

Darwin Aviation Museum, formerly the Australian Aeronautical History Center (Australian Aviation Heritage Centre), was opened in 1988 to collect aircraft of all kinds, especially military aircraft, that had been present in Australia. The museum's collection includes Mirage (Mirage) fighters, (Sabre) fighters with knives, (Spitfire) fighter jets, Wessex (Wessex) helicopters, Huey Cobra (Huey Cobra) helicopters and other well-known models in history. One of the most striking is the massive B52 Isothermal Fortress bomber, which led to the birth of the Darwin Aviation Museum in the 1980s, when the Aeronautics Association accepted the aircraft from the US military.
