Lizard Island National Park

Lizard Island QLD 4871, Australia

Introduction of Lizard Island National Park

Lizard Island National Park is located at the northernmost end of Queensland's famous World Heritage Great Barrier Reef, (Great Barrier Reef), and on the sea east of (Cape York Peninsula), Cape York Peninsula, at the northernmost end of the Australian mainland. About 90 km from Cooktown, the largest town on Cape York Peninsula.

The Lizard Island National Park consists of four islands scattered across the bright green Great Barrier Reef, the largest of which is the lizard island (Lizard Island), which covers an area of about 10 square kilometers and has several windy beaches. These beaches provide easy access to beautiful coral and clam gardens. On the island visitors can follow the explorers' footsteps and climb the 395-meter-high Cooks lookout at (Cooks Lookout), or walk to the blue lagoon (Blue Lagoon). On the other side of the island.

(Lizard Island Resort), a resort run by a Hong Kong company on lizard Island, offers a luxurious and unnatural vacation experience.
