The Old Windmill, located in Brisbane, Queensland's capital, was founded in 1828 and is the oldest remaining building in Brisbane.
, The Old Windmill's identity has also undergone a number of changes in history, first used to grind flour, was transformed into the Queensland Museum in 1862, and by 1922 it was transformed into a signal tower to send radio messages. Today's The Old Windmill is still retained in the downtown Brisbane, is one of the Brisbane logo buildings.
