Shoal Point Park is located on the northern outskirts of Mackay, the northern seaport city of Queensland, at the northernmost end of (Northern Beaches) on the north beach, about 15 kilometers from the city of Mackay.
Shoal Point Park offers a shaded coastal picnic area with beautiful views of the Islands, (Cape Hillsborough National Park), Cape Hillsborough National Park and (Hibiscus Coast), Furong Coast. Cape Shore is also a first-class reef fishing site, with cod, bream, George carangian and a land of pleasure in the open part of the beach.
