Lakes Entrance, a coastal town in the Gippsland region of southeastern Victoria, is about 320 km from Melbourne, Victoria's capital, a famous fishing port and resort in Victoria.
Lakes (Bass Strait), near the area of Gippland Lakes, is a beautiful small town with a wide range of water activities, including surfing, swimming to the sea, and the like.
