Birdsville

Introduction of Birdsville

Birdsville is a small town in the southwest of Queensland, close to the South Australian border, about 1580 kilometers by car from Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, and about 1190 kilometers from Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. The nearest large city is about 680km by car from Mount Isa (Mount Isa), in central and western Kunzhou.

Birdsville is considered a representative of the tourism industry in Australia's inland towns, known for its ecological villages and isolated locations. The mini-town, with a permanent population of less than 200 people, has three hotels, a winery, a blacksmith shop, several small gardens, and facilities such as libraries, hospitals, museums, tourist centers, and so on. Also known as "the loneliest cop in the world": Constable Purcell Landscape (Constable Pursell), 59, was Birdsville's only police officer, and his tour was theoretically larger than the size of British territory.

A remote inland town, Birdsville is known for the most spectacular fire clouds in Australia, the Birdsville Trail (Birdsville Track), one of Australia's three legendary driving routes, and the vast, mining (Simpson Desert) of the Simpson Desert, not far away. Birdsville is the last supply station before going into the desert to explore. In addition, the annual Birdsville Racing Festival (Birdsvill Races) is the most important provincial capital of the town, with its population soaring from less than 200 people to more than 7000 people each year.

Birdsville also has an ancient and well-known bar culture, built in 1884 within the Birdsville Hotel (Birdsville Hotel), with two traditional Australian inland wine cellars and a beer garden, albeit remote and environmentally harsh. They serve in the sand for only 140 years and are the last bastion of human civilization in the region.

Birdsville's beauty is unique, like an outsider without having to worry about life. Postal airplanes deliver mail twice a week, refrigerated vans come every two weeks, with plenty of water and free, not to mention traffic jams.
