On Wednesday morning, a Virgin airliner was forced to return after smoke from its engines after taking off, the Daily Mail reported.

It is reported that on Wednesday morning, Victoria VA69 departure from Melbourne, originally scheduled to fly to Hong Kong. About 30 minutes after takeoff, the plane was forced to return due to an engine failure.

The video showed smoke on the right just after 10:30 in the morning. After the A330 returned to the ground, emergency service personnel launched an operation and all passengers got off the plane safely.

As of Wednesday afternoon, engineers were still investigating the causes of smoking on airliners. It is believed that there is something wrong with the fuel.

Virgin Australia`s speaker says all passengers want to reschedule Thursday morning flights. The airline will arrange accommodation for passengers who do not have accommodation in Melbourne.

Virgin said in a statement that the plane had detected "engineering problems" shortly after takeoff and had decided to return as a precaution. The safety of passenger aircraft, passengers and crew is the most important issue for the company. Virgin will try its best to make arrangements to take passengers to Hong Kong as soon as possible.
