2017 Australia s application conditions and policies for investment immigrants

Australia 132 Investment Immigration Visa, or Australian Business Talent (permanent) Visa 132, is a permanent residence visa for Australian investment immigrants. Applicants must be nominated by Australian or territorial government agencies. From July 1, 2016 to the end of December 2016, 377 applicants were nominated for Australia's 132 investment visa, according to immigration data.

Australia 132 Business Talent Visa Classification

1. Prominent business background category: applies to highly qualified business owners or shareholders who want to do business in Australia.

2. Venture Capital Entrepreneurship category: applies to people who receive venture capital funds from (AVCAL), the Australian venture capital association.


Australia 132 business talent visa application conditions

1. Nominated by an Australian or territorial government;

2. Obtaining an invitation to emigrate;

3. (a) the applicant and members of his family meet the requirements of health and absence of a criminal record;

4. Meet the additional requirements of the application category.

Australia 132 investment immigration-exceptional business background category additional requirements:

1. The applicant, his or her spouse or the applicant and his or her spouse are jointly required to meet the following conditions:

(I) for two years in the first four financial years of the application, has a stake in at least A $ four hundred thousand in net assets of at least A $ four hundred thousand in one or more eligible enterprises, or holds 10% or more of the shares in a publicly traded company;

(II) legally acquired net commercial and personal assets of at least A $1.5 million and can be transferred to Australia within two years of granting visas;

(III) in at least two of the four financial years prior to the application, the annual turnover of one or more major enterprises was more than A $3 million;

(4) at a minimum, ownership shall be held:

-51%, if the annual turnover of the enterprise is less than A $ four hundred thousand;

-30%, if the annual turnover of the enterprise exceeds A $400000;

-10%, if the enterprise is a publicly listed company;

(5) successful business experience;

(6) there is a genuine intention to manage business in Australia.

2. The applicant is not more than 55 years of age;

3. Australian immigrants remind applicants to establish qualified enterprises or participate in existing eligible business activities in Australia after entering Australia. They have substantial ownership rights and are directly and continuously involved in the day-to-day management of business activities.

Australia 132 additional requirements for Investment Immigration-Venture Capital Entrepreneur category:

1. Applicants receive at least A $1 million from Australian venture capital firms;

2. Funds must be used for the initiation of a potential, high-value business idea, product sales or business development;

3. Real involvement and involvement in business and / or investment management activities.


Australia 132 Business Talent Visa advantage

5. Payment of visa application fees;

6. After submitting the application online, send the application documents to the Australian Consulate General in Hong Kong (citizen of mainland China).


Fees for Australia 132 Business Talent Visa

1. Visa application fees: $6990 for lead applicants; A $3495 for subsidiary applicants aged 18 and over; and A $1745 for subsidiary applicants under 18 years of age.

2. Cost of language learning: applicants who have reached the age of 18 at the time of application will be required to pay a fee for language learning if the IELTS score does not meet the average of 4.5 points. Of these, the principal applicant was A $9795 and the subsidiary applicant was A $4890.


Australia 132 Business Talent Visa requirements for State and Territory nominations

1. New state

In Sydney: $3 million in assets transferred to New York, of which A $1.5 million went into business; five full-time employees were employed.

In remote areas of the state, for example, A $2 million is transferred to the state, of which A $1 million goes into business; three full-time employees are employed.

2. Victoria state

$2.5 million was transferred to Victoria, of which A $2 million went into business.

3. South Australia (one of the three conditions)

(I) A $1.5 million in investment, such as A $3 million in real estate development;

(II) employ 4 full-time Australian employees;

(3) the total export value is A $ six hundred thousand.

4. Western Australia

City center region: investment of A $1.5 million; offers 2 full-time jobs.

Remote Western Australia: $1 million in business and investment; offers a full-time job.

5. Tashoun

Invest at least A $1.5 million in existing Tasmania businesses, increasing turnover by 20% or staffing by 20%.

6. Capital territory

The investment is 2 million Australian dollars, providing three jobs.

7. Kunzhou

Business investment of A $1 million, transfer of A $ five hundred thousand home fee.
