A brawl broke out Tuesday night in Melbourne`s CBD, Radio 9 reported. One young girl was slightly cut in the neck and another was beaten by a good man.

It is reported that around 07:30 Tuesday night, near the Royal Melbourne University of Technology (RMIT University), two groups of teenagers engaged in a fight during which they used a small axe and a knife.

Police said the two teenagers were initially involved in a dispute at the school basketball court, followed by a brawl on Stuart Street in (Stewart Stree).

Video shows a good-hearted passer-by trying to separate the teenagers, tied up with a belt and dragged off on the concrete floor.

A young girl who kicked the kind-hearted man was soon cut by a small open-box knife.

An eyewitness said he was playing basketball at the time. Two men were fighting, and then they took out their weapons and tried to stab each other. "apparently they (fought) because of a girl."

Victoria police said in a statement that when officers arrived at the scene, the two teenagers escaped. A young girl was slightly cut in the accident. The police are now investigating the incident.
