A 21-year-old Singaporean student drove illegally in Victoria on Saturday, leaving five people, including her, in critical condition, the Australian News Network reported. The 21-year-old woman driver is being charged.

Police alleged that Nasser (Nasuha Nasser) did not stop on Saturday night when he was driving past the "make way (Give Way)" sign at a crossroads near (Ballarat) in Bararet, Victoria.

At the time of the incident, Nasser`s blue hatchback carried her twin sisters and three friends in her twenties. She allegedly crashed into a white pick-up truck and then hit a tree as she swooped through (Remembrance Drive) on Raymond Poles Road in Windsor (Windermere).

It is reported that the five flight attendants are all female, holding Singaporean nationality. All three men, including the suspected woman, suffered minor injuries.

Nasser`s twin sister, breast, was injured in her head and was rushed to Royal Melbourne Hospital, (Royal Melbourne Hospital), where she is in stable condition.

Another 26-year-old female passenger was taken to Alfred Hospital in (Alfred Hospital),. A spokesman for the hospital told Australian News Network that the woman was still in critical condition.

One night after being detain, Nasser was charged yesterday with negligence in causing serious injuries to others and dangerous driving causing injuries to others. However, police said her charges could escalate if one of the four injured passengers fails to save their lives.

The 48-year-old pickup driver and his 10-year-old daughter were not injured.

Police told the court that their investigation revealed that neither car collided with a pre-collision brake (Pre-impact Braking).

Sheriff judge agreed that the accident was caused by Nasser`s negligence and granted her bail application.

On Friday, Nasser will appear again.
