A 56-year-old Melbourne man killed tenant shoot after his Sunshine North tenant failed to pay his rent in time.

Yesterday morning, the landlord had a fierce quarrel with the tenant in the kitchen of the house.

His tenant had just come here for a few weeks, but the rent had not been paid.

And after the landlord was angry, direct shoot killed the tenant!

The landlord is a registered legal gunman. After arguing with the tenant, he went straight into his garage, took his gun from the guns safe, took three bullets and loaded it.

Then he walked into the room from the garage and pointed the money at the tenant`s head.

Then this bloody scene took place.

The tenant tried to grab the gun with his hand, and the landlord tried to pull it back. During the dispute, the landlord`s finger pulled the trigger and shoot hit the tenant in the head.

The tenant was killed on the spot.

Later, another roommate called the police, who took the landlord.

After investigation, the landlord did not have any criminal history before, this time is the first criminal.

And it was his behavior yesterday that caused irreparable consequences.
