Melbourne`s smallest piece of land is on sale at Lingwood (Ringwood).

According to the Pioneer Sun, Melbourne`s Lingwood is on sale on a narrow plot, 3 meters wide and 42 meters long, sandwiched between a barbecue store and train Station. Parcels offer A $95,000 to A $ one hundred and five thousand.

So far, more than a dozen buyers have been consulted on lot 1 (Lot 1) at 11 (Heatherdale Rd), Heatherdale Road.

The 126m-square-meter commercial site is close to Heathdale`s train station, with an entrance at the rear.

Real estate intermediary Terby (Anthony Treeby) said the plot was "unusual" and that he had not sold it in 15 years. Because the plot is too narrow, there are currently no comparable items on the market. The owner didn`t need the land, so he decided to sell it.

Tesby personally believes the plot could be used as a small office space, flash coffee shop, mobile diner or other "chic" items.

In addition, parcels can also be used for stylish shipping container development, similar to some projects in downtown Melbourne.
