Today (January 25) Kunzhou investment immigration channel restart!
The categories of reopened visas include the following:
- 132A Visa-significant Business Achievement Category
- 188B Investor Visa
- 188C Major Investor Visa (also known as SIV Visa)
BSMQ said the reopened visa will only process applications filed after January 2, 2019.
For the 188A Business Innovation Visa, BSMQ will use the case-by-case approach and issue invitations as appropriate.
As a result of the sudden closure of business immigration applications on January 2, Kunzhou explained a number of special cases:
- BSMQ will not accept their second applications if they have received an invitation from Kunzhou in the past six months;
- If the applicant reaches the age of 55 years between 25 January 2019 and 30 June 2019, he or she will not be granted a special endorsement of the age exemption;
- BSMQ will only extend invitations to applicants who choose "Kunzhou is the only" guarantee state.
