An old man riding an electric scooter appeared on Friday afternoon on the eastern urban section of Melbourne on the Monash Highway (Monash Freeway), the Daily Mail reported. Although some drivers shouted the old man leave Highway, the other side was indifferent, and the old man finally pulled over at the request of the police.

At about 02:35 on Friday, a 92-year-old man was found on the side of the road in a 100-kilometer-an-hour speed limit on the Monash highway.

Bruce (Bruce), the driver of Audi, when he found out about the situation, shouted to the old man as he passed by, "get out of the way!" This is the freeway. You shouldn`t be on the highway! "but the old man just yelled back at Bruce and went on driving on his own.

So Bruce turned on the danger light and followed the old man`s electric scooter and asked the police for help.

Images from Bruce`s CarLog show him driving 15 km to 20 km per hour as he drives behind the old man. During the period, the old man`s electric scooter also entered the left lane from the service lane, while some other vehicles quickly passed by. This annoyed Bruce very much.

When the police operator asked Bruce about the color of the electric car involved, he replied: "on this one, they (police officers) will not miss it."

The operator also told Bruce to make sure he was not in danger, but Bruce was more worried about the safety of the elderly.

About 15 seconds after Bruce hung up the call, a police car stopped the old man and allowed Bruce to continue his journey.

Police later said in a statement that the elderly in the incident came from Glenn Waverley (Glen Waverley), not long ago his family had just reported his disappearance to the police. He was taken to Glenwick Police Department, where he was reunited with his family.
