Sydney's Ride On Australia has now tested electric scooters in the MelbourneSt Kilda area, with the streets of Melbourne this summer.
The electric two-wheeled scooter will be limited to a speed limit of up to 10 km / h, and users will need to bring their own helmets and be positioned by the GPS when they use them.
Cost: 1 Australian dollar to start the scooter (need to be an adult, need to verify the motorcycle licence driver's license information), and then pay 25 cent. per minute
Ride On Australia said their systems have better security systems and management than the bike-sharing brands that had previously fallen out of the Melbourne market.
