- Application form: signed by applicant and two referees after completion;
- Application fee: $525 (with a dual-currency credit card with international payment function), required card number, category, name of cardholder, due date, this information will be included in the application form;
- Original organizational chart: an organizational chart showing the company's subordinate relationship, including its position, all positions reported to you, all positions reported directly to your immediate superiors, and directly to your subordinates. Print on the company letterhead paper and stamp the company seal (seal is not required), directly under the boss / CEO signature;
- Subordinate manager job description: please provide a job description of the subordinate manager who has reported directly to you for nearly 8 years, this information will be included in the organization chart;
- Original letter of recommendation: nearly 8 years of work recommendation. The letter of recommendation needs to be printed on the company letterhead paper and then signed by the referrer;
- Referrer business card: each referrer two;
- Curriculum vitae;
- Photocopy of qualification certificate: provide copy of relevant professional qualification certificate, especially management certificate;
- Certificate of notarization: graduation certificate and degree certificate of all academic qualifications after high school;
- Grade certificate: all academic qualifications after high school in Chinese and English notarization documents;
- Original letter of appointment / promotion: if any, provided;
- Original wage sheet: if available, pay bill for nearly 12 months;
- Annual income / staffing / Business license / Register of Directors or shareholders: if the applicant is the owner of the company, the applicant is required to provide.
