A man on the track of a tram in CBD, Melbourne, angered many commuters on Wednesday morning when a tram was coming, the Daily Mail reported.

A man stands in front of an incoming tram at (Flinders St) stop on Linds Street in CBD, Melbourne, at rush hour on Wednesday morning.

A video posted on social news site Reddit showed the man arguing with a staff member in fluorescent clothing who tried to take the man off track.

At first, the man stood on the track to argue his point, but eventually, he left the track to allow the tram that was forced to stop to enter the station.

The man`s motive for the move is not yet clear.

One Reddit user joked that it was a good way to get scolded by a group of angry white-collar workers.
