A male passenger was killed on the spot. A female passenger was trapped under the car after the accident. She was seriously injured and rushed to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The bus driver was slightly injured and a 49-year-old man was taken to a hospital in Geelong with a 49-year-old man who was taken to a hospital in Geelong.
It is reported that the bus at that time, 28 people also included a number of children.
The man killed in the accident is Guo Zhengyong, former head of the North American Association of Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and Youth, who holds a selfie pole in the center of the photo above.

Guo Zhengyong, who only married the year before last, received the full support of the other half. The two men actively promoted Taiwan-based youth friendship and cooperation, and made great efforts to promote Taiwan-US business and economic exchanges.
This morning, police are still on the scene for further investigation and the road section of the accident is still under blockade.
A spokesman for one of the police said: "this is a complex investigation and investigators are conducting investigations and inquiries at various locations."
At present, other passengers on board have been properly rehoused.
