What`s more, thrombus is difficult to check, concealment is extremely high, once the attack is severe, sudden death, mild life paralysis. But recently, Australian medicine has brought good news to patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease!

Xiaowei Wang, a Chinese woman doctor at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute in Melbourne, said her lab and team are working on developing drugs that can detect and dissolve blood clots in blood vessels.

In a validation study published in the journal Theranostics, Dr. Wang pointed out that microbubble targeting is an effective blood clot breaker and does not cause bleeding.

Although there are now drugs on the market that can eliminate blood clots, what has been troubling the medical community is if they reach clots. Wang`s lab is working on target drugs, after the drugs arrive in the blood. The location of the thrombus will be automatically searched and it will be attached to the thrombus to dissolve the thrombus.

The drug`s principle is to inject intelligent microbubbles into a patient`s veins, which then use them to track the clots in the blood vessels, and then lock them up and shoot them into the clots, allowing them to dissolve. Current experiments in rodents have shown that the new target drug, such as the previous thrombolytic drug, is faster and more effective, and clots in the blood dissolve within minutes of being injected with the drug.

The news is certainly good news for patients who are struggling with thrombotic disease. If the drug is successful, death or paralysis from heart disease or stroke could be greatly reduced. At the same time, they point out that the method also allows doctors to quickly perform ECG tests, which can greatly shorten the time for tests and reports of illness, because intelligent microbubbles enable ultrasound electrocardiogram to immediately see the blood clots in these blood vessels.

Xiaowei Wang graduated from the University of Melbourne with an Honorary Bachelor`s degree before completing his doctorate at Monash University. The rise of the medical profession is slowly rewriting the helpless fate of people facing disease.

While it will take a long time from laboratory testing to clinical trials to practical use, Wang`s team predicts that if the trial goes well, the drug could be commercialized within five years. The drug will then be available to patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in Australia.

How to prevent Heart-brain Thrombosis

First, there are laws in life. Relaxation degree, work and rest, ensure adequate sleep and rest time, know how to live, learn to relax, avoid life when young with the body for fame and wealth, old money to buy health.

Second, the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should be done well in winter. Winter weather is cold, the weather is changeable, is cardio-cerebrovascular disease easy to occur time, should pay attention to keep warm, summer dryness and heat, low pressure, humidity, sweat like rain, do not accept the wind, do not be greedy, cold food should also be moderate.

Third, mental health. Learn self-control, energetic, emotional optimism, stability, not for the unhappy life or the pursuit of greed and around, happiness and indignation, avoid the ups and downs of thought and emotion. Emotion is the cardio-cerebrovascular disease of the taboo, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia patients especially to relax the chest, do not let emotional ups and downs too large.

4. Healthy diet. Pay attention to food diversity, balance, eat more grain miscellaneous grains, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

Fifth, proper physical exercise can prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Patients with cardio-cerebral vessels to exercise properly, exercise volume will also lead to slow blood flow, increased blood lipid. Reasonable arrangement of exercise time and control of the amount of exercise. Winter should wait for the sun to rise and then exercise, at this time, the temperature rise, can avoid sudden cold stimulation and get sick. Patients should not exercise in the morning, because during sleep, the nervous system of the human body is in a state of inhibition, lack of vitality, suddenly large-scale exercise in the morning, a sudden increase in nerve excitability, very easy to induce cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, should pay attention to this problem in winter.
