An judge in Melbourne waived a notorious graffiti destroyer from prison, but said his graffiti label was "ugly" and was not art.

Judge O`Cornell (Michael O`Connell said Hawking was not young and should be justified to compensate him for all the damage caused by serious crimes.
O`Cornell judge said Hawking could have been put in prison "to teach some lessons," but given that he had been held for 92 days for similar crimes not long ago, "it`s been a wake-up call." As a result, O`Cornell judge ruled that Hawking had to perform 440hours of community work and be subject to drug and mental health assessment and treatment.
