Fill in information such as place of birth and name. If you have a previous name or English name, click yes, in the bottom line to fill out a form to fill in the extra name.

Fill in the current address and mailing address. If you stay in Australia for less than 10 years, you will need to fill out the previous address.

When all of this is done, there will be a table listing all the information previously filled in, checking that it is correct and ticking the checklist below to get to the next step.
