At about 06:30 on Sunday morning, a 39-year-old woman in Melbourne walked along Little Lonsdale Street in CBD when he met a strange man trying to drag the victim into an alley, (Brights Place).
The woman managed to escape, and the suspect fled in the direction of Lonsdale Street.
Surveillance shows that the suspect is about 1.82 meters tall, well-proportioned, olive skin, dark hair, beard.

On Monday night, the man turned himself in. The 19-year-old, who lives in Gladstone Park, is now charged with intent to commit sexual offences, unlawful restrictions on personal liberty, and reckless injury, and has appeared in Melbourne`s junior court today.
