Parties attended by Melbourne50 teenagers were out of control, revelers threw beer bottles from the balcony, and the hotel room was destroyed.
Police were called to the scene on Sunday at a "chaotic party" at the (City Road) hotel apartment building on (Southbank) City Road on Melbourne`s south bank, the Daily Mail reported.
At least 50 teenagers attended the party and some were throwing bottles from the balcony when police officers arrived, a police spokesman said. The room was badly damaged.
Police were forced to use pepper spray in arrest after a young man was arrested for the attack.
At about 9 a.m., another man at the party was arrested at a shopping mall in CBD on suspicion of stealing goods.
Police investigations are continuing, calling for clues from eyewitnesses.
