State investment immigration restart, application process changes!
The state has just received notification from the state government that the state`s investment immigration channel will be reopened on Monday Feb. 18, but that the delivery process has changed.
Important change
As of Monday, February 18, 2019, the state`s nomination for investment immigrants has been reopened. But there was a difference: before the state nomination, the applicant had to submit the EOI.
Visas affected by this change are:
188 – Business Innovation Stream
188 – Investor Stream
188 – Entrepreneur Stream
132 – Business Talent (Permanent) visa – Significant Business History stream
132 – Business Talent (Permanent) visa – Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream

The EOI, state government, submitted before Feb. 18, 2019, will not consider it.
You need to resubmit EOI. on and after this date.
