If you want to turn right from Swan Street to Punt Road, first drive from Olympic Boulevard to the intersection, turn around at the first intersection, and then turn left into Punt Road.
In the new rules, vehicles cannot directly turn right from Olympic Boulevard to Punt Road.
In fact, in April last year, P-Turn rules were already in place at the crossroads between Hoddle street and Johnston Street. And achieved obvious results, less Hoddle street congestion, and make it easier for vehicles from Eastern Freeway to drive.
