According to reports in the Australian newspaper and the Times, the 53-year-old (Australian Border Force) director of the Australian Border Guard, Quad Flig (Roman Quaedvlieg), has been confirmed to have been opened for investigation on suspicion of conspiring for privacy. Will be heard by the Australian ICAC (Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity).

After nine months off, one of Australia`s highest-paid civil servants is in jeopardy. Before his vacation, his annual salary was as high as A $619905.

After being found separated from his wife, Mr. Quadvellig used his authority to carry a young girlfriend in his twenties and to get a passport scan job at Sydney airport for his girlfriend. In addition, he may have other misconduct and profit-making.

Members pointed out that a large number of immigration officials colluded with bad agents to help criminals obtain immigration status, help them pass identity checks, and so on, in order to profit from it.

The federal government also revealed yesterday the progress of its investigation into the head of the Border Guard, who admitted that while two independent reports on the subject had been completed, a highly sensitive investigation had not yet been completed.

Home Secretary General Petzoro (Mike Pezzullo) has revealed that between potential conflicts of interest, there are several hands over who is going to quell the wreckage caused by Mr Quaudellig. In the end, the fate of Mr Quaudellig`s career came to the hands of federal law secretary Porter (Christian Porter). Porter is now in charge of keeping up with Quad Flig`s job.

In May last year, Quaudellig agreed to take a leave of absence. He was revealed to have an inappropriate relationship with a young woman in her 20s and was suspended from work on suspicion of using public power to secure a well-paid job for his girlfriend at Sydney airport.

It is reported that Quad Flig`s paid leave has cost taxpayers 500000 Australian dollars.

Speaking at the Senate review hearing (Senate estimates hearing) yesterday, Pezorro said the Australian Integrity Enforcement Commission, a federal anti-corruption agency, had completed its report in the third quarter of last year.

The prime minister and cabinet secretary-general, Parkinson (Martin Parkinson), also began writing a report in August on whether to get Mr Quadafley to resign, which was completed in December.

The slow progress of the investigation was once met by Labour MPs Carl (Kim Carr) and Wong Ying-hyun (Penny Wong). "Why is he still on compulsory leave?" Asked Carl.

From police medallion winners to corruption officials

It is reported that in July 2015, the Australian Immigration Service and the Customs and Excise Administration merged to form the Australian Border Defense Agency, Quaudellig as Director-General. The merger of government`s main divisions is an important part of Albert government (Tony Abbott) sovereignty Border Operation (Operation Sovereign Borders), which aims to crack down on illegal immigrant ships. The Australian Border Service has been given greater powers to carry weapons, gather intelligence and detain suspicious persons.

The Australian Border Service launched a series of strict border protection policies after its establishment. At the end of 2015, the Australian Border Defense Agency launched Operation (Operation Fortitude), which allows police officers to randomly stop passers-by to check visas, triggering strong public opposition. The firm was then forced to cancel, when Mr Quadflig accused the news agency of "misphrasing" and distorting the role of the Australian Border Guard. The comments have once again attracted sarcastic criticism from social netizens.
