According to real estate website Realestate, Kunzhou won the popularity competition in Australia`s real estate market, not just because of the comfortable climate.

Although Kunzhou is not the only choice for most inter-state immigrants, people who already live here are not eager to move to other states, according to a new survey by Propertyology, a market research firm at realestate.

Presley (Simon Pressley), the agency`s research director, said an analysis of Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) data showed that many Australians would choose to live in satellite cities and remote cities outside the state capital city. Kunzhou, Hobart, and remote areas of Victoria are popular in parts of the country and in the new state.

He pointed out that the most popular is the Gold Coast (Gold Coast), where the median house price is 60% of Sydney. Last year, 7441 residents from other parts of Australia moved here.

The number of interstate immigrants to Kunzhou continues to increase. In the year to the end of June 2018, there were 28668 new residents. Among them, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast (Sunshine Coast) and Morton Bay (Moreton Bay) are the most popular places for interstate immigrants in Kunzhou.

Propertyology`s analysis also found a clear trend that many people moved from state cities to remote areas.

For example, 6370 Australians moved to Sunshine Coast, but only 4266 moved to Melbourne.

In the year to the end of June 2018, 5559 people moved out of Adelaide, similar to those moved to Gillon (Geelong) and Macquarie Port (Port Macquarie).

In addition, the total number of (Fraser Coast) (), Maitland (Maitland) (1189), Bendigo (Bendigo) (980), Bararat (Ballarat) (883), Tweed (Tweed) (829), frame volcano (Scenic Rim) (637) and Dobo (Dubbo) are close to those who moved out of Perth (6659).

Presley said more and more people are reassessing their needs to stay in state cities and being attracted elsewhere in the diverse country.
