According to the Daily Mail, another passenger in Australia said this month that Uber (Uber) drivers cheated customers and charged large cleaning fees.

It is reported that passengers on the Uber bus, if a mess left in the car, will be withheld a certain cleaning costs, up to 150 Australian dollars.

At around 1: 00 a. M. on December 16, Sydney man Gorman (Shaun Gorman) took Uber`s car from Rabin (Narrabeen) to Kerr (Collaroy). He said he had not dirty the car he was on, but four days later, Goldman`s bank account was withheld from a $150 cleaning fee.

In addition, a man from Melbourne, Calliga (Calleja), suffered the same situation. Earlier this month, he boarded Uber`s car and was charged with getting dirty carpets and withholding A $150 for cleaning.

Kalega denied that he had dirty the Mitsubishi (Mitsubishi Outlander) car he was aboard. Uber sent a photo showing a small piece of the car`s carpet wet. But the Kalega investigation found that the photos showed the interior of the car does not match the Mitsubishi car on board. He thinks the driver took advantage of late-night passengers during the holiday season. "these drivers are making Christmas allowance," he said.

Uber`s spokesman responded that both passengers received a refund.

It is understood that last year, there were also many Uber passengers complained of similar "fraud."

Among them, Sydney woman Nikki (Nikki) was accused of peeing on the Uber and charged A $150 for cleaning. But Nikki denied the charge. She said she had shielded herself from the rain at the bus stop, sat on a damp bench, and called a Uber car. Nikki finally got a refund, too.

A former Uber driver revealed that drivers will use a variety of fraudulent ways to obtain more ride costs. A $150 cleaning fee is the most common. The driver fakes the mess after the passenger gets off the bus, and then charges the passenger for cleaning.
