This is the reaction of world famous nude photographers Spencer Tunic (Spencer Tunick) and Melbourne locals to the refusal of Woolworths because the supermarket giant said NO. to his latest project
Turnick had planned to take nude photographs of 10, 000 Victorians in Prahran`s Woolworths roof parking lot at 9: 00 a.m. on July 7.
In January, photographers visited the store outside Melbourne`s CBD and fell in love with it. He walked around for half an hour and told the Church Street constituency Association (Chapel Street Precinct Association,CSPA) that there would be "the best pictures" and "the world will not forget."
"at Woolworths, we will always put the convenience of local customers at the top of the list," a supermarket spokesman said. "We recently upgraded the rooftop parking lot at the Prahran store to make it more convenient and comfortable, primarily to make it easy for customers to park in the parking lot near our store."

Woolworths`s decision was not bought by the locals. At that time of the week, they said, only four cars were in the parking lot.
Loyton (John Lotton), CSPA`s executive chairman, said he had visited the site and quickly found that few cars would park there on Saturday morning.
"at most, there are only four cars, basically between two and four. In the worst-case scenario, we can give two to four people a parking space nearby so that 10,000 people who have signed up will still be able to attend on time, and we don`t think it`s a big problem. "
The artist was disappointed and angry when Loyton told him that he had filmed naked blockbusters at some of the World Heritage sites and New York`s Grand Central Station.
Loyton said he thought it rude to reject people for a rather bad reason.
A petition book calling for Woolworths to reconsider its position has begun to spread, calling Woolworths "greedy," even though they often raise money for local communities.
Loyton says the description of "greed" is good.
"they did pay some money at a local gym or elementary school, but 10,000 people who had already signed up and wanted to take part in a nude shoot were hung aside, which would definitely not offset the impact," he said.
"We believe that the decision made by a specific department of the supermarket is short-sighted. This is not over yet, and we will continue to do so for a long time. "
Turnick has filmed nude blockbusters at some of Australia`s iconic attractions, including Melbourne`s (Yarra River) on the Yala River and Sydney`s Opera House (Sydney Opera House).
