The death zone, Australia`s riskiest home loan, was made public as banks tightened lending standards.

Digital Finance Analytics, a data analyst, this week revealed a blacklist of Australian bank housing lending areas, the Daily Mail reported. Banks are paying more and more attention to geographical location when evaluating new housing loans, and some areas have been found to be "riskier".

The blacklist is based on the number of failed house loan applications and so on.

Perth is the capital city with the highest risk of home loans, and most of the local areas are blacklisted, according to the data.

The urban areas with the highest risk of housing loans in Australia are New Degate (Newdegate, zip code 6355), Berdarin (Bodallin, zip code 6424) and Pitara (Pithara, zip code 6608)-all located in Western Australia with a risk factor of 46.1%.

Brisbane and Adelaide`s loan risk followed Perth. Recently, the growth rate of real estate market in these two major cities has declined.

Paddington (Paddington) and Milton (Milton), zip code 4064, are the most difficult areas for housing loans in Brisbane, with a risk factor of 24.4.

The highest risk factors for Adelaide`s home loan are Glen Osmond, Glenunga, Mount Osmond, Myrtle Bank. St Georges and Urrbrae share a zip code of 5064 with a risk factor of 29.2.

In addition, in Stopney (Stepney), College Park (College Park), St. Peters (Saint Peters), Evendale (Evandale), Hackney (Hackney) and Merland (Maylands) zip code 5069, the risk factor of housing loans is also as high as 29.2%.

Sydney and Melbourne, which previously led the Australian real estate market growth, now have increased the number of risky urban areas as a result of the changing trend of the market.

Newport (Newport), on Sydney`s northern beach, is considered by banks to be the riskiest, with a risk coefficient of 24.2.

Virginia zip code 3782, 3796, 3977, 3978 and 3980, covering large areas of Clyde (Clyde), Cardinia (Cardinia) and Cranburn (Cranbourne), with a risk factor of 22.1%.

Although the Hobart real estate market has grown in recent years, the latest data from CoreLogic, the real estate research firm, and (Real Estate Institute of Tasmania), the real estate Institute in Tasu state, show that the boom is over.

The most risky urban areas in Hobart are Collinsville (Collinsvale) and Glenlesk (Glenlusk), zip code 7012, with an average risk coefficient of 23.1%.

The Australian Capital Territory zip code 2600 has the highest risk factor of 11.5.
