Since September 10, 2016, the Australian Immigration Service has added a new 188 E category to the existing 188 visa series, the entrepreneurs temporary Visa (Entrepreneur Stream). The visa is a sub-category of 188 visas that need to be applied through the SkillSelect scoring system and are nominated by state or territorial governments. The principal applicant holds at least 30% of the shares in the start-up company;

Provide a business plan setting out how the applicant's innovative ideas can commercialize Australian products or services, or drive Australian businesses or businesses.
