On January 17, 2018, the Immigration Service updated the list of occupations. Change professional 224711Management Consultant management consultant and professional 121316 Horse Breeder horse keeper from STSOL list to MLTSSL list.
On June 28, 2017, the Migration Board released a list of MLTSSL and STSOL occupations of skilled immigrants in fiscal year 2017 and 2018, effective after July 1, 2017.
- 189 visas, 489 kinship guaranteed visas, and 485 visa applicants can only apply for employment on the MLTSSL.
- Applicants for visas 190 and 489 can apply for careers on either MLTSSL or STSOL.
- MLTSSL notes "Y" part of the occupation, is not applicable to 190 visas and 489 visa applicants and spouses.
