Vlaming Head Lighthouse is located in Western Australia's World Heritage site: within (Cape Range National Park), Cape Ridge National Park in (Ningaloo Marine Park), Nighgro Coast, about 28 kilometers by car from the main town of (Exmouth) on the Ningero Coast, (Exmouth).
The Vlaming Head Lighthouse was built in 1912 with a lighthouse pedestal made of concrete with a white steel dome at the top, an important supply base for the United States Navy during World War II, where the US military not only built a radar tower, But today's radar is a replica of what was rebuilt in 2001.
On top of the mountains, Vlaming Head Lighthouse is an excellent location, with an excellent view of Exxmouth (Exmouth) and (Ningaloo Reef) on Ningglu Reef and, fortunately, a southward migration of humpback whales in the nearby sea.
Vlaming Head Lighthouse is now privately owned and part of the lighthouse RV park (Lighthouse Caravan Park).
