Lake Liddell is located on the southeast outskirts of Muswellbrook, a small town in the (Upper Hunter region) area of Upper Hunter Valley in eastern New South Wales, about 15 kilometers from the heart of Muswellbrook.
Lake Liddell covers an area of about 18 square kilometers, the environment is beautiful, the water is clear, is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports, the Lake Liddell camp area (Lake Liddell Recreation Area) located on the north shore of Lake Liddell provides basic camping equipment, including electricity and hot water.
