Introduction of Mackay

Mackay is a coastal town on the northern coast of Queensland, the entrance of the Pioneer River (Pioneer River), about 950 kilometers south of the Queensland capital Brisbane and 150 kilometers north of Airlie Beach, the southern gateway of the Great Barrier Reef (Great Barrier Reef). The resident population is about 85000(2016).

Mackay is one of Queensland's most beautiful cities, full of art-style buildings, in addition to coral reefs, tropical rain forests, beautiful beaches and of fireworks from the world, there are towering mountains, steep canyons, sharp streams, and sugar cane plantations, rich in sugar, sugar production accounts for a third of Australia's national production, known as the Australian Sugar City. Mackay is also an important port, exporting more than half of australia's coal mines, mostly to china and india.
