Korumburra

Introduction of Korumburra

Korumburra is an inland town in the (South Gippsland) area of southern Victoria, about 120km from Melbourne, the capital of Victoria. According to the 2016 census, there are 3639 permanent residents.

Korumburra was built in the late 19th century, surrounded by continuous mountains, beautiful environment and fresh air. The A 40 40 and C 4 37 highways are exchanged here for convenient transportation.

Korumburra is known as the "South Gypsland Heritage Center". Coal Creek Community Park and Museum (Coal Creek Community Park & Museum are the most important historical heritage and tourist attractions of Korumburra, depicting life in the area from the 1970s to the 1920s.
