A knife-wielding teenager in southwest Brisbane was injured by police shoot in the early hours of this morning and has been treated surgically. A woman police officer came forward to rescue by juvenile resistance, may fracture.

Queensland police were rushed to the scene after reports of a family dispute at a house in (Forest Lake), Lake Forest, southwest of Brisbane, around 03:20 this morning, the Messenger Post reported. On their way to the home, police officers found the 16-year-old at (Banksia Circuit) on Bankcia Road and confirmed that he was involved in the family dispute.

The police officer then stopped to "negotiate" with the teenager.

Detective Superintendent Fleming (Tony Fleming) said: "Unfortunately, when dealing with the young man, the police officers felt it necessary to use weapons for their own safety. It must be said that the young man was holding a knife in his hand at the time. "

Both officers were robbed, including at least one bullet in the underbelly of the teenager.

The police officers went forward to give first aid to the young gunshot until the medical staff arrived. A female policeman tried to help a teenager when he fought hard, possibly with a broken arm.

The gunshot teenager was later taken to Princess Alexandria Hospital (Princess Alexandria Hospital) for treatment, with no life-threatening condition, and is currently under police guard.

The shoot incident will be investigated by the Police Conduct investigation Section (Police Ethical Standards Command).
