A farmer in southern Adelaide, South Australia, was crushed to death by a haystack Wednesday after an accident occurred while using a tractor to transfer a haystack.
A 70-year-old man in (Willunga Hill), south of Adelaide, South Australia, suffered an accident Wednesday morning when he was using a tractor to transfer a haystack. The haystack tumbled backwards and hit the tractor`s cab, killing the man, according to Radio 7. After a neighbor found the situation, emergency rescue workers arrived at the scene around 09:30.
The South Australian Safety Agency, (Safe Work SA), is investigating the matter and forensic examiners will conduct an autopsy.
